Mur Lafferty is the author of Six Wakes and The Shambling Guides series. She was an inaugural member of the Podcaster Hall of Fame, having produced and hosted the award-winning show I Should Be Writing and the 2017 Hugo Finalist for Best Fancast Ditch Diggers. She is the co-editor of the podcast magazine Escape Pod. She has written for RPGs, video games, and short animation. She lives with her family in Durham, NC where she writers Twitter fiction about Game of Thrones and Durham Bulls baseball games (#sansaball). She tweets as @mightymur.
