Philip is a Permanent Deacon of the Diocese of Victoria in BC, Canada. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer and has worked in IT for the past 30 years. He is the Coordinator for the Apostleship of the Sea for the Diocese. He also writes for the Genesis Catholic Community in Jakarta, Indonesia and has written the following books:
