Rachel D. Blake is the First Lady of the Prayer Memorial Church of God in Christ and District Missionary of the Jireh District. Lady Blake is a licensed Evangelist Missionary, member of the RIJ Department of Women's Executive Board, adult Sunday School teacher, Women's Department Coordinator, advocate for the elderly, and faithful intercessor. Among her many accomplishments is the institution of a monthly prayer shut-in and a Youth Stepping Team. She and her husband, Superintendent Ronald O. Blake, have three daughters and reside in Commerce City, CO.
