Richard Rosario was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico in 1975. His mother relocated the family to the South Bronx in 1980.
During Richards 20 years in prison he earned certificates for legal research, Prisoners for Aids Counseling and Education (PACE program), facilitated the Anger Replacement Program and earned credits for Cultural Anthropology from the prestigious BARD College.
He now lives in Florida with Minerva and their two dogs.
