Roger Awan-Scully is Professor of Political Science at Cardiff University’s School of Law and Politics. He is an expert on political representation in the European Union and on devolution in the UK. He was awarded the Political Studies Association’s award for Political Studies Communicator of the Year 2017. He lives in Cardiff.
