Salar Khalifeh - Libros y biografía

Sahar Khalifeh (b. 1941) is an acclaimed Palestinian writer. She is the author of eleven novels, which have been translated into fifteen languages, and is the recipient of numerous international prizes, including the Naguib Mahfouz Medal, the Simone de Beauvoir Prize and the Cervantes Prize. Khalifeh holds a PhD in Women's Studies from Iowa University, and founded the Women and Family Affairs Centres in Nablus, Gaza City and Amman. She currently lives in Amman, Jordan.
