Sandra spent 58 years in South Eastern New Mexico before retiring to Middle Tennessee.
She spent her working years in the field of interior design, ultimately purchasing seventeen houses in a little over six years. She was able to remodel, repair, and refurbish these abused and neglected homes, turning them into rentals. These homes were ultimately sold on Real Estate Contracts, resulting in the successful retirement that she enjoys today. It took time, a credit card and various skills to accomplish this. She has now collected some of her experiences and solutions into this book.
