At the age of 22, Una passed by an empty shop front in Mullingar in County Westmeath and decided there and then to open her own café -- and in early 2015, 2210 Patisserie opened its doors. Now, Una continues to go from strength to strength delivering sweet treats and joy to the people of Ireland.
