Victor has over twenty-six years of experience as an adolescent practitioner. He has dedicated his career to working with young people aged 11 to 18 within Youth Justice and Children and Families Services across various London boroughs and Hertfordshire. He has been dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable young people and providing them with the necessary support and resources to overcome adversities and achieve positive outcomes. Through collaborative efforts, he has contributed to transformative initiatives that have made a real difference in the lives of those he serves.

In his work with parents, he has helped them overcome relationship issues and communication barriers with their children, focusing on improving outcomes and reducing the risk of family breakdown. As a result, he has gained a deep understanding of the dynamics that can disrupt parent-child relationships.
