Teams or groups of people, work together in all aspects of life, be it business or personal. The importance of teams, and especially the effective and efficient working of a team, is thus of vital importance to the effective and efficient operation of a business and society in general.
For a team to work effectively and efficiently, three key aspects must be understood and practiced. These are: The team development process, the skills of the individual team members and the management of the team.
