I live in a little hobbit hole at the bottom of a steep hill. It would be the perfect place to float down if I had a large enough umbrella. If I floated too far I'd land in the ocean and that would be just fine on a hot day.
The Twirlybirch family first showed up in Saudi Arabia while I was spending a few hot and dusty years in Jeddah. I plan to continue telling Twirlybirch tales since it seems like a worthwhile pastime. Beauregard and Sparkle Snowflake deserve to have their stories told. Cindy and I are the ones to do it.
In the fifth episode of the Twirlybirch e-books for children, Beauregard has a variety of problems errupting both at school and at home. This time around he manages to find dilemmas, disturbances and difficulties with the number one class dingbat, and even more unrest and embarrassment with another classmate. Eventually the problems overflow until they follow him all the way home. How will he avoid getting into trouble again? What can he do about the dingbat who insists on bugging him? Where can he go to be in his happy place?
Fortunately for him, his Dad gets our little hero out along the river for a day of fishing. Together they spend quality time until, without warning, Beauregard finds himself involved in a life and death situation.
Will he have what it takes this time around? Will his trusty Pedal Powered Umbrella help him once again in his hour of need? Will our hero save the day?
Does the Pope sleep in the woods? You Bet, After all, this is an e-book for children!
Beauregard and his PPU are ready to ride anew into a story-book happy ending!
