The convicted psychopath Robert Smithson has escaped from St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, D.C., and is again attempting to kill the current president. This time he surrounds himself with a crew of anti-government fanatics, and together they plan on releasing a bioweapon over Camp David in Maryland.
Bill Peterson, the FBI agent who was Smithson's nemesis the first time the terrorist tried to attack the government (see the book SEVEN), is once more trying to stop Smithson before he can attack. Can Peterson capture Smithson before he kills again? Or will Smithson's drones succeed in wiping out the top echelon of the U.S. government?
Smithson decides to turn his attention toward getting rid of the FBI agent who is getting too good at guessing the terrorist's next move. This is a cat and mouse game, but who is the cat, and who is the mouse? This exciting thriller, with non-stop action, will keep you awake all night!
