Christine C. Elliott was born in Australia and grew up in country towns in two states, absorbing the ethos and language of country Australia. Her stories explore the endless backwash of emotion and conflict sitting under the surface in any picture-perfect town.
Her first collection of short stories was published and launched in 2014. Since then she has published a reference book for writers, "Break through Writer's Block, 25 ways to improve focus and boost productivity" designed tfor writers experiencing doubts and fear about their work.
Her next book is due for publication in July 2021 - Of Covid and Curfews - 112 days in lockdown, Melbourne 2020". This publication is a record of her experiences during the lockdown in Melbourne 2020.
Christine is currently working on a memoir and another non-fiction book designed to work as a companion book to Break through writer's block
