Cosmetic Surgeon Mike Richards gives up his successful practice to set up an eye surgery unit in a mission hospital in Pemba, a small coastal town in northern Mozambique.
There he meets the documentary film-maker Niamh Gallagher, who is on a mercy mission from war-torn Iraq. She has covered the world's conflict hot-spots, from Kosovo to the Middle East.
