A plan and development of deep understanding to discern the lies from the truth. To be conscious and feed the need to connect with others and research, perhaps. Develop contemplative steps with confidence and purpose. You may have moments where you feel like you have no choice in the matter of your thoughts. That you are not in control. That the ether knows better than you. That you end up without choice and sit with fear. Frightened that the monsters in your head that replay and cause you to fear the very thing your body needs to function and rejuvenate. To catch a physical break and release the sigh of relief that in the end ..it was only a dream. Oh really?
