A rhyming & legendary tale about a baby dragon who inspires many to conquer their differences, in favor of harmonious living. The story begins when a crocodile mother, mistakes a dragon egg as hers & raises the baby as her own child. Crocky Dial Dooby's tiny & stumpy wings are confused for sores from a disease. Knowing no better, Dooby learns quickly he must hide his special appendages to remain accepted in the clan. As he matures, his wings can no longer be hidden, yet he charms most everyone with his dragon-like abilities. As a babe he's fascinated with fire. Through time he realizes he ignites flames by simply sneezing or speaking. At first a novelty, he soon fascinates his friends & parents with making fire, then puts them out as a journeyman fire fighter. Ultimately he matures into quite the arbiter of social acceptance & change. Dooby becomes a hero by unifying crocodiles with dragons.
