Seasonal vendors are the biggest business in town. You can find anything exploring block after block of vending areas.
Sooner or later you will want to explore the desert around you. You need a guide. Service plummets a few miles from town. You need some sort of directions. Many worthwhile things to see and enjoy await you.
Hike in solitude to scenic views or search for an abandoned Spanish silver mine and gems. Look for wild burros, Desert Bighorn, petroglyphs, and more. Most of all ~ enjoy the peaceful, wide open vistas the desert offers.
