Baron Sameddi comes to Rwanda in the company of a milliard invisible zombies among whom is LEGBA prankster god of mayhem.
On the name day of the year IMANNA OF SPLENDOUR welcomes NEFERTITI to Rwanda. NEFERTITI has walked thousand upon thousand years in search of answers for her husband AKHENATEN'S soul. At the naming of his name on living tongue, the ancient curse upon Pharaoh Akhenaten is lifted – just as the curse of the unnamed, unmourned dead is lifted from the souls of Rwanda's dead when BARON SAMEDDI shows IMANNA how to name all her dead on the night of 7th December, 2019.
The state orders the arrest of Baron Sameddi and his retinue of zombies – but the arrest turns into a zombie masque honouring and naming by name Rwanda's genocide dead. an enraged CYBER WARRIOR agent of the state goes on a hunting trip in search of AFRIKKA who must die if CYBER WARRIOR ever catches up with her in her place of exile. In the end, for the Messiah Who Art in Statehouse Kigali life becomes a daily parade of the Rwanda Genocide dead – and those Rwandans who have died violent deaths ever since Messiah Who came to Art in Statehouse Kigali.
