We have fined- tuned this important pertinent course and have replaced the non- favorable word — negro — with the more appropriate Black or mostly African. Also, since this class was indeed broken-up into lessons. Frontline has retitled our edition accordingly — Lessons for African People: The Course of African Philosophy.
We pay homage to the Honorable Charles L. James for introducing me to this splendid work. Mr. James was honored as the top student of this historic class of 1937.
