KAREN COULTERS is an international, award-winning author of contemporary, romantic fiction. Her debut novel, Hope from Daffodils, achieved two finalist designations for IAN’s Romance & Women’s Fiction International Book of the Year Awards. Karen says the goals of her storytelling writing style are to create authentic characters that cut to the heart and move both her characters and her readers on a pathway toward hope and healing.
Outside of being a novelist, she is a public speaker, and actor, who enjoys reading, piecing together jigsaw puzzles, spending time at the beach, and snuggling with her pup. Karen resides with her husband in New Hampshire and is surrounded by her son and daughter, their spouses, and her granddaughters.
Still reeling from her husband's unexpected death, Sophie Anderson throws herself into her bridal bouquet business. With her best friend as her partner and emotional support, she's well on her way to turning Proposals into the most sought-after wedding venue on the New England coast.
When Sophie encounters Brady Owens, a burnt-out attorney from New York, Sophie enlists his help with her expansion project. As their romance blossoms, Brady discovers they're bonded by a painful past of deception. With the truth coming to the surface, Sophie's vulnerability increases. Determined to protect Sophie's heart, Brady begins a personal fight for justice. But, is Sophie's hope for the future already withered and wilted?
