Purdy Kendricks is a pretty low-key guy carrying a lot of angst. When the pressures mount, and the stakes become life and death, Purdy has personal demons to overcome. Can he? Can he keep his cool when everyone around him is trying extra hard to rile him up, keep him in the dark and gaslight him?
Deputy Kendricks won't stop until he finds out what really happened on that ranch and why—unless whoever made it happen gets to Kendricks first.
