Early one morning in 1984, two men collecting garbage come across the body of Adrienne Wyatt, a beautiful fashion model, lying dead on the sidewalk in front of an apartment building in the prestigious Upper East Side neighborhood of New York City. Johnny finds himself enmeshed in a swirl of murder and corruption at the highest levels of business and the law.
