I am a retired contractor, 76 years old, This book has been in my head for years now, and since I retired, thought it the parfect time to put it on paper.
I was schooled in Canada, and had 2-years of Speech therapy studies. I don't believe this is a qualifier for authorship, but when I started the first book of the series, now 7-books, it just took on a life of its own.
due to the conten of the book one would naturally ask whether I'm gay, the answer is yes, I had 31-years with my life-mate before he succumbed to a respiratory ailment. During those years we raised 5-children, all happily married-I hope.
I became an American citizen years ago, and I'm still happy about that decision. I'm a political junkie, and follow the shenanigans of both parties, lately with great disappointment with the partisan bickering.
I've been an avid reader for many years, which gave me the courage to start writing, anybody who thinks it's easy, has never written a book. I write daily and walk 2 or 3-miles, I don't participate in sports. My life has been productive and fulfilling, I have no regrets except for the constant homophobia encountered at every turn. I try to portray my social conscience in a light of equality and fairness. As an athiest I strive to allow other's opinions to not inflame but learn from their rationalizations.
I currently live with my eldest son and his 7-year old daughter, the light of my life, in Phoenix, Arizona

Bicentenario
|
