Nowadays, we hear more and more about the prominence of the ketogenic diet. We are flooded with information stating that this type of eating can speed up weight loss, improve our performance, curb our appetite, prevent chronic diseases and improve our health overall. But, is ketogenic diet really so effective? Is it safe long-term, or should it be avoided? Does it even work? These questions might be troubling numerous people who are still undecided. Whether they should begin this diet or not. Well, I don't have a definitive answer for you. But, I do have few years of experience with this type of eating. Thus, I decided to share my own experience, as well as some science behind human physiology, to help those undecided people - decide. The goal of this book is not to convince anyone that ketogenic diet is good. That one type of eating is better than the other. The goal of this book is to share some information and knowledge in order to resolve any doubts about ketogenic diet. So that you can decide for yourselves whether this diet is for you.
