St. Wesley's Hospital Admitting Clerk Lacy Houlihan hires Lee to
investigate the death of her husband, Jake, a security supervisor
and Vietnam War veteran. Lacy suspects that the guards working
for him, not only ignored his cries for help over their walkie-talkies, but
are part of a ring that steals unused medical equipment and sells it
to an alleged charity organisation, which is really an undergound market.
Meanwhile, nineteen-year old Tommy Ryder, AKA, the Urban Tiger, has a
new job: St. Wesley's security guard!
