Go For It! features a series of ideas and images to guide your life, based on 240 posts that originally appeared on Instagram. These comments reflect the view that what you think shapes you and your experiences, so if you think about ways to pursue your passion, guide your life, find true happiness, or work it right, you will be able to do so.
These are comments like: "Control your thoughts, control your life" and "Good thoughts lead the way to wise actions."
The book also suggests ways to incorporate these ideas into your life, such as by focusing on one or two thoughts a day, gazing at the image with each thought, and thinking about how you might apply that idea in your life. Another suggestion is to create a support group that meets once a week to go through the book together.
