Dock Leaves the latest poetry collection by Andy N, the author of 'Return to Kemptown' and 'The End of Summer' among others is his most personal collection of poetry to date.
Wrote over a ten year period between 2012 to 2022 when working in the back office of a United Kingdom court building now closed, Dock Leaves is a study of stories that looks at the very essentence of Justice through all sides of the story from the people on trial, the families caught inbetween and the court staff who have to deliever justice after sentence has being announced.
Dock Leaves is a insight to the minds of all involved from a completely different point of view talking about justice that goes beyond a simple black or white or guilty or not guitly – instead going inbetween the lines like a newspaper reporter looking for answers in ways that haven't being reported before.
Dock Leaves is more than a insight of justice, rather stories within stories that happen in the most extreme told with humour and pathos and stories within stories, emotions within emotions and instead of counting 4, 3, 2 to 1 instead look at justice in a pattern not previoisly discussed.
