Benjamin Lucas is an Amateur Muay Thai fighter, turned fitness enthusiast from Abington Pennsylvania in the United States. There was nothing that he loved as much as the sport of Kickboxing. He wanted to fight professionally when he sustained a serious left leg injury, the dreaded ACL
He had to undergo serious knee surgery and he knew that his dreams of pro were ruined.
With exercise still a major part of his life he wanted to remain active. However, his injury was always an issue. He tried everything that there was to try, vitamins, pills, physical therapy, it was useless. Nothing worked until one of his therapists focused on a full stretching routine instead of strength training.
It didn't happen overnight but suddenly, he was able to return the mobility in his right leg and after a while, it was as good as new. Unfortunately, although his leg was as good as new, he had missed the age and training window to go professional. Benjamin had been given a new mission. He was charged with a desire to help the world the same way his physical therapist had helped him. He knows that people are suffering from injuries, aches, and pains from working out, daily life, and the job. In the summer of 2016, I suffered an injury to my right knee. I knew I had pulled a muscle but couldn't figure out which one.
