Natalie grew up in love with the works of Tolkin and CS Lewis as well as the allegorical tales of Pillgrims progress and Hinds Feet on High Places. Inspired, long had she fantasized her own worlds, charaters, and story threads.
More recently she has given into her passion of writing. This passion is merge with a desire to teach love, hope, and freedom in the form of allegory.
Once upon a time, a princess who did not know she was a princess walked alone in a deserted wood, ever trying to find her way. Lonely, she would often look to the sky and weep. Nevertheless, she persisted onward and searching.
One day while she wept to the sky, still very lost, a dove flew down from a distant star. The dove's aurora was beautiful and kind. Speaking to her it said, "child, you need not cry, do you not know you are beautiful and precious–the glory of your inheritance unmatched?" The princess in awe stopped crying at once to listen to the beautiful and kind dove. However, she did not truly understand him since she did not understand who she was or how she could have an inheritance unmatched. What beauty did her dirty face possess? And who would call a girl all alone precious? Still, she listened and wrote his beautiful words on her heart. The dove ascended back to his star and the girl watched deciding to follow the beautiful dove's star.
