Carol Austad is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently serves as a distinguished Professor of Psychology in Connecticut. She has a wealth of experience in psychotherapy, stress management, and biofeedback, and has published extensively in the area of psychotherapy and healthcare. Dr. Austad obtained her B.A. from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and completed her Ph.D. at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
