Growing up as a child in Nigeria and especially from my culture, the Tiv people of Nigeria, one of the many interesting things we looked up to was the Kwagh-hir time (Story Time). Every day at sunset, kids gathered after taking their bath and having dinner at the center of every home to hear moonlight fairy tales as told by the adults in the family. As we listened with kin interests to interesting tales, we also learned to tell those stories whenever it was our turn to tell a story. These stories made-up our childhood dreams and aspirations. Back then as I kid, I wondered what it would be like if a princess charming also came to save a lady instead of Prince Charming all the time and vice versa. This book is a collection of some of the African moonlight stories that were told to us orally as kids and in local dialect (Tiv language), written in English for all to read. It is a book about being Human and all inclusive. The purpose is to tell African Stories in an all-inclusive manner so that everyone would have the opportunity to read and feel included. It is LGBTQA+ Inclusive.
