In this book, I share my life story. I'm 29 years old and currently incarcerated in California State Prison. I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. I invite you into my world by sharing my childhood memories, life struggles and take you on one hell of a journey. This book is about love, family, life, prison, and resilience. I grew up with a love for rap music and consumed by gang life. This book touches on trauma, adolescence, addiction, and my encounters with the criminal justice system, since a juvenile. This book may not be for everyone, but I dare you to give me a chance, and come walk a day in my shoes. Even if you can't relate, I'm sure I'll have you invested, once you start reading.
