"Hi, this is Nina with Easy Housing Maintenance speaking; how can I help you?"
"Yes, this is Liam. I'm calling back for a request. I don't have the address right now. Erm, hold on a second; I wrote it down somewhere... Are you ready?"
"Yes, please, go ahead." Nina answered, hoping that her voice was neither trembling nor sounding too excited.
Nina works as a Customer Service Agent for the maintenance department and as such she's responsible to receive and dispatch maintenance requests. She works from home, making calls all day, loves hot chocolate with marshmallows. The best would be enjoying it in a small winter cabin with a pit fire set up and a soft blanket in her favorite color: blackberry.
Life could not be easier. Until one day this other guy answers the phone and everything changes.
She starts looking forward to the calls with Liam but some weeks before Christmas, he disappears without a trace. Nina needs to be courageous to follow her heart and dream.
