Lor-Em is the last survivor of the peaceful planet Daxam, destroyed by Emperor Truvok in his desire for galactic domination. After seeing his home and people annihilated, Lor-Em decides to face Truvok across the universe, becoming a powerful warrior in search of justice.
Truvok, in turn, uses advanced time manipulation technology to interfere with the past and ensure his future as supreme ruler. With variants of himself from different eras, he creates a virtually invincible empire.
When Lor-Em discovers that all the battles he's fought so far have been just pieces of Truvok's larger game in time, he must find the original and face him for real. His mission is to destroy Truvok's temporal machines to rid the universe of his threat.
In addition to his variations across time and space, Lor-Em will need to overcome his own fear of failing in the revenge for which he has prepared his entire life. In an epic final duel, the two titans will face each other in a battle that could rewrite reality.
Only when Lor-Em knows what the prophecy he shares with Truvok truly means will he be able to banish the tyrant forever or perish in the attempt. Whatever the outcome, nothing will be the same for the protagonists or the fate of the universe.
