Maye sells the deal of a lifetime! Four lakefront properties surrounding beautiful Lake Haverly in Punkin Center, Arizona. The first three sales are easy peasy! The fourth seller, James Crandall, a well-known local hothead, challenges Maye's and Ed's expertise.
Her clients are New York Attorney Miranda Feldman and her wanna-be writer-husband, Joshua. When Joshua discovers a body floating in their Shangri-la, he needs his wife!
The coroner identifies the body as James Crandall. At his memorial, James arrives alive and madder than a hornet!
