A young symphonist rises in the first session of the Orchestrylus Odyssey.
Stanzielle Quintette is a normal echo hunter, quietly living her life while dreaming of becoming a symphonist in the Medleyian orchestra. But these aren't typical orchestras. They're military units that wreak havoc upon the spheres in a war-torn time.
Meanwhile, the musical world of Orchestrylus is lulling out, with music dying out in every sphere in the array, and the scientists from the School of Reasoning have no answers to give.
The answers can be found in the First Legacy, a prophetic poem set to music that shows the history of the spheres for ages to come, written by the pianistic seer, Sonateena Vibratos. But the Ensemble doesn't let anyone see the First Legacy. You'd die at their hands before ever seeing a sliver of it.
When Stanzielle encounters a Bone Flautist on one of her hunts, a being thought to be long dead, she soon finds Orchestrylus has bigger things to worry about than petty conflicts between the spheres. Like Diminished Seventh, a benevolent dictator who wishes to save the world from the Conductor's rule and remake the world in his perfect image.
