British-born poet and author Ruben Whitter from Nottingham, United Kingdom - who happens to be of the global majority and a member of the LGBT community - has a growing body of literary works that continue to be shaped within, but not defined by, shared societal experiences as a digital-native global citizen. Whitter's multi-talented flair within the audiovisual arts such as opera and film in combination to his eclectic personal life is utilized by his pen to pay homage to his academic roots of Psychology, Linguistics, Spanish, and Chemistry all whilst championing stories of love, hope, victory, and resplendence – all of which are also frequently seen from Whitter in the athletic spheres of boxing and skateboarding.
