For the majority of people life has become unbearable in many a circumstance and so society has adapted in order to rectify this and make life considerably better for those who stand by what they consider the morals of life. The powers that have therefore decided that a small, professional and hand-picked unit of ex-military men should operate under the cloak of silence and denial, to put back the just morals into society and for those who escape justice or continually abuse the rights and welfare of others to be dealt with, in a just and permanent manner.
The powers that be are not who they seem, they are not military, they are not governmental, and they do not represent the police or security services. They are above all of these and at times may require the help of some or all of these departments. They are the heads of a secret society that have set up a very small and efficient unit who know no bounds and have no obstacles. These people are big movers and shakers, they make the country tick and they have no time for what they consider, upon recommendation, the scourge of society.
