The recipes vary from sppetizers like Spinach Puffs and Blue Cheese Veggie Dips to entrees like Mexican Pizza and Healthy soup to decadent desserts like doble chocolate eclairs and Oreo Lasagna. There is a special section on diet foods and another on recipes to use in an air fryer..Every recipe is followed by a short quotation or saying. You will laugh when you read "Food is like duct tape; it fixes everything" and "The best things in life are free; that does not apply to pizza" and "Three ways to my heart, ,make me food, buy me food, be food." The last chapter contains cooking tips, again from real cooks. "You can make great baked potatoes in a crock pot, be sure to score them first" and "place a wooden spoon over a pot of boiling water to keep the water from boiling over" and many more.
