The cascade of prophecies causes a planet-wide war, with many seeking David's death. With many coveting the Dragonlion power for themselves, David wished he never had it at all. He begins to accept his fate with the help of the Lakesh Rishi seer, who soon gives him a reason to fight and live for his new home.
