Lawrence Towver is a retired Navy FMF/SW corpsman, veteran, and entrepreneur with a passion for fitness, mental health, and personal growth. Having served in the Navy, including a deployment to Fallujah, Iraq, Lawrence brings a wealth of experience in resilience and discipline to his work. His military service shaped his understanding of mental and physical strength, inspiring him to help others transform their lives.
After retiring from the military, Lawrence earned a degree in Healthcare Administration, furthering his expertise in patient care and veteran support. This led him to create WarriorMed Fitness—a platform designed to empower individuals through virtual personal training, nutrition, and mental well-being. WarriorMed Fitness stands apart by emphasizing mental health alongside physical fitness, revolutionizing how people approach their health and development.
Currently, Lawrence is pursuing his master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, continuing his commitment to mental health advocacy. He also supports his wife, Yeni, in her telehealth mental health practice, Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit, where she provides guidance to the low-income community.
A pivotal moment in Lawrence's journey was his personal struggle with weight loss and the realization that discipline in both the kitchen and the gym was key to success. This experience fuels his work, and through WarriorMed Fitness, he provides practical tools for those seeking lasting change.
As a father, Lawrence understands the challenges of balancing family and personal goals and uses his life experiences to inspire others to overcome their own challenges.
