Mr. Krause now resides in the Misty Mountains of West Virginia with his lovely wife of 42 years and their three furry four-legged children, Lexi, Aesop, and Kodi. He also has two adult human children. He is 70-plus years of age and has been writing most of his life.
He spent 60 years home-based in Southwestern Florida. During his military career, he saw 22 foreign countries and all fifty of the United States.
He is a retired government worker, with an extensive background in Environmental Protection. He holds a Degree in Network Engineering and Administration specializing in Computer Security, and has a background in both public and private security.
He has been writing professionally now since 1982. For many years he attempted publishing through mainstream publishing but sadly was overlooked. That is when he decided to go the Indie route. In 2018 he published his first book through KDP, it was “The Book on Evil, Wicked, Mean & Nasty: A Whimsical Guide to Payback and Revenge” other titles are “The Fine Art of Getting Even, a Comical Approach to Revenge”, “The Ancient Wisdom of an Old Shadow Warrior”,”The Plucking of The Golden Years Goose”, and “How to Find Your Way in The Internet Jungle, a Guidebook for Work-At-Homers”.
He has also created and published five low-content journals, “My Fishing Log Book”, “The Traveling Man’s Journal”, “My Bedside Dream Journal”, “My Writing Idea Book”, “The Adventurer’s Notebook” all of which are available on that big box store on the Internet.
Besides reading and writing he is an enthusiastic fisherman, his hobbies are, building and painting 54mm military figures, cutting and polishing semi-precious gemstones, creating unique hand-crafted jewelry, and the restoration of vintage and antique weapons.
He has studied several forms of oriental martial arts for over 50 years. But sadly due to health concerns is no longer able to practice.
