In the seemingly quiet town of Crestwood, a breakthrough vaccine intended to cure a mysterious illness instead unleashes a horrifying plague. Children who receive the vaccine begin to display disturbing symptoms—black eyes and violent behavior. What starts with minor outbursts quickly escalates into brutal violence, culminating in a series of horrific events that reshape the town into a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
As the children, now fully possessed by an ancient evil, carry out brutal attacks, the town's leaders and families are helpless against the rising tide of darkness. Strange symbols and dark rituals, performed by the possessed children, reveal the presence of Moloch, an ancient dark god. With each ritual, Moloch's influence grows stronger, preparing the way for his return to the mortal world.
