This novel is a work of fiction, but its foundations are drawn from several ancient historical sources and references by prominent historians, such as "Al-Bidaya wa'l-Nihaya" by Ibn Kathir, "History of the Prophets and Kings" by Al-Tabari, "The Book of Animals" by Al-Jahiz, and finally, "Ara'is Al-Majalis" by Al-Tha'alibi, among others, as well as some articles published on the web.
You may be shocked by some of the truths within, which you may accept or reject, but always remember that it is a fictional story meant solely for leisure and entertainment, not a scientific reference.
Even though its basis relies on what has been mentioned in the books of the ancient historians, it is merely what they heard and knew from the history of peoples, and what reached them from rumors, stories, and legends that science has never confirmed and that were not mentioned in the Quran or the Noble Sunnah.
