Kyrie Carter's life in Renovo, Pennsylvania has been relatively quiet since the Peterys imprisoned the Flying Head, but she knows that peace won't last. It was the Swamp Angel who spirited Kyr into Caine's paranormal crisis, but now that Kyr needs her help, the benevolent spirit has seemingly become elusive and evasive. Despite her many treks into the woods to consult with the Swamp Angel, she is no closer to knowing what they must do to rid themselves of the evil spirit than she had been before. At last, with the night of the new moon fast approaching, the Swamp Angel and her ghostly ally, Loop Hill Ike, reveal the plan that will destroy the Flying Head once and for all. But following that plan may come at a price for Kyr.
