Jennifer Aniston was born on February 11, 1969, in Sherman Oaks, California. She is the daughter of actors John Aniston and Nancy Dow. Aniston began her acting career at a young age, appearing in small roles before landing her breakout role as Rachel Green on the hit TV show Friends (1994-2004). Her performance on the show earned her numerous awards, including Primetime Emmy, Golden Globe, and Screen Actors Guild awards2.
Beyond Friends, Aniston has starred in a variety of successful films, including Office Space (1999), Bruce Almighty (2003), The Break-Up (2006), and Marley & Me (2008). She also produced and starred in the Apple TV+ drama series The Morning Show (2019-present), for which she received another Screen Actors Guild Award.
Aniston has been consistently ranked among the world's highest-paid actresses and has been included in numerous magazines' lists of the world's most beautiful women. She is also the recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and co-founded the production company Echo Films in 2008.
