There is no doubt that positivity and psychological comfort are the demands of every human being. Also, if you enjoy a good and varied diet, this is not enough to make you feel happy, even if the level of serotonin rises. On the other hand, the psychological and social factors may not fulfill the purpose, even if they are fine. The same is true, and if you are an athlete or religious, they may not be enough. You can only recognize the factor of deficiency with an accurate diagnosis. Therefore, the combined factors are indispensable as a prescription that is presented in the various time periods that a person lives, which is what I seek to present in this study.
