On an ordinary afternoon, postman Lucas found a letter that had been sealed for thirty years in a corner of the post office. The envelope was slightly yellowed and the handwriting was a little blurred, but the names of the recipient and sender were still clearly visible. Out of curiosity, Lucas decided to track down the whereabouts of the letter and deliver it to where it should have arrived. His investigation led him into a past forgotten by time. The recipient of the letter, Alison , is now a nearly 90-year-old woman, while the sender, James , is no longer alive. They were once a pair of lovers who loved each other but missed each other due to misunderstandings and time, and this belated letter was James' last attempt to keep them. What's even more regrettable is that Alison also wrote a reply letter that year, but it was also lost in the cracks of time in the post office... In this journey of pursuit, Lucas not only delivered a belated letter, but also witnessed an unfulfilled love. In the process of helping Alison fulfill her wish, he began to reflect on his own life and remembered a letter he had never sent when he was young. Finally, he realized that he was not just a letter deliveryman, but also a witness to the emotions between people. He decided not to just watch other people's stories, but to bravely send his own feelings and embark on a new journey of his own. Some misses in life cannot be made up, but some letters can still be delivered.
