In 2024 I hit a real low point. I'd been out of work for five months, was crippled by anxiety and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and wondering just how the f*** I was going to dig myself out of the hole this time. During my 'down time' I realised that there must be a lot of people feeling like me, so I decided to share my tips for how I keep building myself back up after each setback in my life (and there's been quite a few!), and how I keep hoping for a better future. No matter how overwhelming it all feels sometimes, there is always hope.
