Lyn is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, driven by her personal journey with Marfan Syndrome that has led her through countless major orthopaedic operations, including five total joint replacements since the age of 14. 

 

Over the past 25 years, Lyn has honed her knowledge using good nutrition to reduce inflammation and manage pain, as well as the mental health challenges associated with chronic conditions like pain, arthritis and inflammation. She has always believed in the food "pharmacy" to heal both physical and mental health conditions and through eating a balanced whole foods diet, has overcome many challenges.  By sharing information with others, Lyn believes that many people can remove dangerous pain medication from their daily lives and improve not only their health, but their quality of life.
